We have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@shopelysearvella.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


For exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.




We have decided to provide local drop offs in certain metro Atlanta areas to become more convenient and accessible to our customers. Local drop offs are based on distance from our office in the 30349 zip code and is a flat rate fee of $4.

If this option is available for your address it will pop up during the shipping method process! We plan to increase the local drop off areas, please leave us a message via email or the contact us form to leave any suggestions.

After your order is placed you will receive a text to the phone number on file to set up an exact date and time for the drop off. There is 24-72 hour window to reserve your drop off time and date, if we have not scheduled a drop off time before 72 hours after the order is placed we can not guarantee your items are still in inventory. If you need your order rushed please contact us with your order number and we will try to make adjustments to better fit your schedule. LOCAL DROP OFF FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE
